Please note that it is rare that two orders are the same here at Element Glo. For this reason, all orders are “made to order” for your specific project, and we do not typically stock large amounts of aggregates for future orders. When you return a product, there is a good chance that another company or individual will not purchase the same order for a long time. For this reason, we implement a 25% restocking fee on returnable items such as Glow Aggregates, Glow Tiles, or Glow Mosaics. Remember, we created the product initially for your specific project and your request, customized for your tastes. If individual tiles need to be replaced because of damage, we will replace those free or send you a replacement mosaic at no charge.

To return Glow Aggregates, Glow Tiles, or glow mosaics, you must do so within 14 days of receipt, and you must start the return process by calling us at 888-883-1308 (Ext 3) to obtain authorization to return your product(s). Once you have received your return authorization, please return the product(s) securely and unopened to receive a 75% refund.

Upon receipt, if your order is damaged, please email pictures of the damaged product to customerservice@elementglo.com to receive a replacement authorization. We will replace all damaged products immediately.

VERY IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will refunds of any amount be given for the product installed in your project that cannot be returned to us.,
