Concrete Application
-
1
Sprinkle crystals on final finish of wet concrete by hand, hand fertilizer or large salt shaker. -
2
Trowel in and smooth out your concrete surface and then lightly rinse with water to reveal aggregates. -
3
Allow your concrete to cure.
-
4
After concrete is cured, apply an acid wash to clean and expose crystals to sunlight. -
5
(optional) Apply a cement sealer.
IMPORTANT: Do not mix the glow rocks in concrete! Doing this will cause 90% of your rocks to be encased by solid concrete under the surface and your investment will be wasted. Glow aggregates must be visible after your concrete dries to view them glowing.
